BAFTA Nominations

Olivia Colman and Diane Morgan are nominated for Best Female Performance in a Comedy Programme for Fleabag and Cunk On Shakespeare, respectively.


The Crown has been nominated in five categories, including Best Drama Series. The series stars John StandingLizzy McInnernyJo Stone-Fewings and James Laurenson. Also up for Best Drama Series are: The Durrells, which stars James Cosmo; and Happy Valley, which stars Kevin Doyle and Katherine Kelly.


Nominated in the Best Single Drama category is NW starring Jake Fairbrother.


Nominated for Best Mini-series is The Secret starring Genevieve O'Reilly.


Nominted in the Best Scripted Comedy category are: Fleabag, starring Olivia ColmanSian CliffordBen Bailey Smith and Jamie Demetriou; and Flowers, starring Olivia ColmanAngus Wright.


Charlie Brooker’s 2016 Wipe and Cunk On Shakespeare, nominated for Best Comedy & Comedy Entertainment Programme, both feature Diane Morgan.


HBO’s The Night Of starring Amara Karan, is nominated for Best International Programme.


Behind Closed Doors is nominated for Single Documentary which was narrated by Olivia Colman


Channel 4's First Dates has been nominated for Reality and Constructed Factual which is voiced by Brian Protheroe


Casualty, starring George RainsfordEmmerdale, starring Emily Head, and EastEnders, starring Laurie BrettJenna Russell and Danny-Boy Hatchard, are all nominated in the Soap & Continuing Drama category.
